The GBHS now has a Vaccine or Test policy for volunteers. You must be willing and able to either submit proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test before class and/or volunteering.
This class is the orientation for Humane Education Volunteers for the GBHS. Humane Education Volunteers are those who are interested in going into schools, clubs, and youth organizations to present on Humane Education Topics. HE Volunteers are 18 and up and must consent to a background check. There is a volunteer fee of $45 per person involved that covers all of your materials including a shirt, presentation guide, and background check. If this fee inhibits you from taking the class, please notify Kasey Rawlings at krawlings@gbhs.org for potential scholarship opportunities.
If you cannot attend this class, please let Kasey know as soon as possible so that others may have a chance to attend training.
